How long are typical engagements?
Most engagements start with a 3-month commitment to give us enough time to diagnose, implement, and measure results. After that, engagements continue month-to-month. Growth is a continuous process, and our best results come from sustained partnerships.
Can I switch plans mid-engagement?
Yes. As your needs evolve, you can scale up or down. Many companies start with Starter or Core and move to Scale as they see results. We'll always recommend what makes sense for your current stage—not upsell for the sake of it.
What's the difference between Core and Scale?
Core is ideal for companies with a single product focus and straightforward funnel. Scale is for companies with complex funnels, multiple products, or higher experiment velocity needs. Scale includes more engineering capacity, parallel testing capabilities, and executive-level reporting.
What does "experiments per month" mean?
An experiment is a structured test—typically an A/B test—designed to validate a hypothesis. This includes ideation, implementation, instrumentation, and analysis. The number varies by plan based on the engineering and analytics capacity included.
How does the Partner Program work?
The Partner Program is for high-conviction opportunities where we trade reduced cash retainer for equity or revenue share. You get full Scale-level capacity with aligned incentives. It's selective—we only take on partners where we can clearly measure and attribute our impact.
What if I need something not listed in the plans?
Let's talk. Plans are a starting point, not a constraint. If you have specific needs—like a particular technical stack, integration requirements, or specialized expertise—we can customize the engagement. We're flexible as long as we can deliver meaningful results.
How do you handle communication and reporting?
All plans include async communication via Slack and regular syncs. Core and Scale include weekly prioritization calls. Scale adds executive reporting with board-ready metrics. We integrate into your existing tools and workflows—we're not going to ask you to adopt a new project management system.
